Attitude counts a lot when it comes to providing excellent customer services. Each and every customer should be treated with respect and we have to be considerate when we deal with them.

2: Timeliness

Queries, questions and complaints of customers should be dealt very quickly and on the top priority. We have to be specific and to the point when handling their complaints.

3: Empathy

We should treat our customers in the same way as we want our self to be treated by others. We should think from their perspective in order to provide them best customer services.

4: Ownership

We should admit our mistake if we have made any. We should take ownership and responsibility of our actions. We should own and apologize them openly.

5: Expertise

We should have knowledge about our customer's needs and wants. We should know about our products and services that what customers want from us and what their expectations re. We must be knowledgeable about our organization in order to deal customers effectively.
