It can be extremely difficult, mainly due to the lack of motivation and how hard it is to pay attention . But if you genuinely want to learn, create a comfortable learning space, light a candle, put on music or whatever you prefer when studying. Put your distractions away and remind yourself how hard It will be to catch up if you don’t stay on track
