So to start off we want to find the area of all the rectangles.

One has sides of 15 meters and 6 meters so the area is 90meters^2.

The next rectangles has sides of 9 and 6 meters so the area is 54meters^2.

The last rectangle has sides of 12 and 6 meters so the area is 72meters^2.

When you add all that up it is 216meters^2.

Now for the triangles.

One has a height of 9 meters and a base of 12 meters so the area is 54 not 108 because the area of a triangles is height*base divided by two.

the other triangle has the same side lengths so it is also 54.

So in total it is 108meters^2.

Then you add up 108 and 216.

Hence, you get 324meters^2.
