A bag contains 10 marbles: 6 are green, 2 are red, and 2 are blue. Elsa chooses a marble at random, and without putting it back, chooses another one at random. What is the probability that the first marble is green and the second is red? Write your answer as a fraction in simplest form.

Answer:

The probability that the first one is green is 3/5. The probability that the second is red is 1/5.

Explanation:

There are 10 marbles. 6/10 are green.

Simplify. 6/10 = 3/5

2/10 are red.

2/10 = 1/5

Hope it helps!
