To find slope you have to do y2-y1 over x2-x1
So in this case 9-10 over 1-5
Your answer would be 1 over 4

To find the slope of the line, use the equation m=rise/run=y₂-y₁/x₂-x₁

(5, 10) and (1, 9) are (x₁, y₁) and (x₂, y₂)

m=9-10/1-5=(-1/-4)=1/4

Hope this helps, now you know the answer and how to do it. Stay healthy and safe and HAVE A BLESSED AND WONDERFUL DAY! :-)
