The good thing is this is already in slope intercept form, which makes it easy to graph. The 2 is the y intercept, meaning you start at 2 on the y axis. The x could also be written as 1x/1, meaning you go up one and one to the right. So, currently, you have a point at the coordinate, (0,2). To find the next point, move one up and one to the right to get your next point, (1,3). You can continue doing this, going one up, one to the right until you get to the end of the graph. Or, you can do the opposite on the other side. At the point (0,2), you can instead go down 1 and 1 to the left to get (-1, 1). Sorry there isn't a visual graph to make it easier.
