(x-2, y+1)

Explanation:

Translation is nothing but moving a shape without flipping or rotating the shape. The shape after translation looks to be the same as of the pre-image, like the side lengths, angles remains the same, but position of the shape alone changes.

J(0,4) When it is translated by (x-2, y+1) we will get the shape in the different place as J'(-2,5).
