If you’re asking to simplify the equation, the answer is 3x-2. Explanation: distribute the 2 on the outside of the parenthesis first to get (6x-2)-3x. You can remove the parenthesis now since there aren’t any terms trying to interact with the numbers inside the parenthesis. Now, add the like-variables (the x variables) and you should get 3x-2. Since there aren’t any more like-variables, the equation is completely simplified.

Answer:

3x - 2

Explanation:

2(3x-1)-3x = 6x - 2 - 3x

= (6x - 3x) - 2

= 3x - 2
