Answer:ptolemaic model is a geocentric model which position that Earth is the nucleus of the universe.

Explanation:ptolemy in his ptolemaic model was able to prove that the planets ,sun and the stars all revolve around the Earth and also undergo rotational movement around their own orbit.so planets revolve around their orbit and also around the bigger orbit of the earth .this put pay to the age-long controversy about the nature of planetary motion of the earth,sun and other stars,the eclipse and even how day and night evolves.
