Answer:

The cat is faster.

Explanation:

Compare the animals' speeds in feet per second.

Rabbit:

feet/sec = 35/7

= 5ft/sec

Cat:

feet/sec = 18/2

= 9 ft/sec

9 ft/sec is faster than 5ft/sec.

The cat is faster.
