False

Step-by-step explanation

At night, the air over the sea is hotter than the air over the land. The land loses heat rapidly after the sun goes down and the air above it cools as well. During the day, the blacktop street warms up and turns out to be exceptionally hot to stroll on. Around evening time, the blacktop has lost the additional warmth and is cool to touch. The sea, can hold this warmth after the sun sets and not lose it easily. This makes the low surface pressure to move over the sea during the night and the high surface strain to move over the land. This causes a little temperature difference between the sea surface and the close by land around evening time and the breeze will blow from the land to the sea making the land breeze.
