11. In ABC triangle,

∠BAC = m∠1 = 30° and ∠ACB = 90°

∠BAC + ∠ABC + ∠ACB = 180°

or, ∠ABC = 180°- (30°+90°)

=60°

12. ∠1 and ∠ABC are complementary angles.

If the sum of two angles are 90°, then the angles are called complementary angle to each other.

13. In ACD triangle,

∠CAD = m∠2 = 30° and ∠ACD = 90°

∠CAD + ∠ACD + ∠ADC = 180°

or, ∠ADC = 180°- (30°+90°)

=60°

Again, ∠ADC + ∠ADE = 180°

or, ∠ADE = 180° - 60° = 120°

14. ∠ADC and ∠ADE are adjacent and supplementary.
