Why should a president be eligibility for reelection? please use john locke, montesquieu, or john adams in your answer. please help me im really having a hard time.

they should be aligibility for reelection because so people may not like that president and may start a mochery or a protest and might get nasty so reelection will help people and will stop people from protesting it makes everyone happy.
