The standard form of the equation of a circle is
(x-6)^(2)+(y-4)^(2)=7.

Solution:

Center of the circle = (6, 4)

Radius of the circle =
√(7)

To find the equation of the circle:

General formula for the equation of a circle

(x-h)^(2)+(y-k)^(2)=r^(2)

where (h, k) is the center of the circle and r is the radius of the circle.

Here, h = 6, k = 4 and r =
√(7)

(x-6)^(2)+(y-4)^(2)=(√(7)) ^(2)

(x-6)^(2)+(y-4)^(2)=7

Hence the standard form of the equation of a circle is
(x-6)^(2)+(y-4)^(2)=7.
