Critical Path Analysis
is presented using the circle and arrow diagrams.
Earliest Start Time
= the earliest possible time of starting the activity
An arrow running between two event circles shows the activity needed to complete that task.
All arrows run left to right
Time for doing just task E = 8 hours (as shown in the figure)
