Answer: The depressive triad

Explanation: It is, in fact, a depressive cognitive triad, also known as Beck's Negative Triad, proposed by Aaron Beck in 1976. It occurs in depressed people and contains three negative elements of depression, that is, three elemental belief systems that a depressed person experiences extremely negative. These are negative thoughts about oneself, the world and the future. So Betty believes that nobody loves her, as far as the environment is concerned, that in negative exaggeration by depressants, no one in the whole world loves her, so she feels lonely. Furthermore, she thinks she is ugly, incompetent, though there is no reason for such a thought cause she had many successful awarded performance, so she thinks negatively about herself. And in the end, she doesn't see any way out as if she has no future or she is extremely black, so the future is as meaningless and empty. These negative and depressing thoughts, as seen from the question, have no real basis, because Betty is successful at work and probably in other fields of life, because in such depressants such thoughts occur spontaneously.
