You have bought an MP3 player and it does not work.

• The MP3 player will not start at all,
• You only bought the MP3 player on 26th January and it
is still under guarantee.
• You would like the company either to send a new MP3
player out to you or to repair it at their shop.
You are going to write an email to complain about the MP3
player. Write a list of the information you think should go
into the email. Put the ideas in the order you want the
points to go in the email.

1.) say things you like about product for example you liked the player but it didn’t work or you were excited to try from this company etc
2.) address the issue say that the product doesn’t work, and you just got it. You did everything you could to try to put it together
3.) explain you just got it and it is under warranty
4.) say you need support like another one or a new one
5.) thank them for your time and leave your contact info so they can get back to you
