we have 2 equations 4x-3y-6 = 0 and x+3y-9 = 0;

by adding both the equations we get;

5x - 15 = 0;

x = 3, put this value in x+3y-9 = 0;

we get y = 2;

it means the coordinates of vertex of triangle is (3,2)

and at y axis the value of x is 0;

so putting x = 0 in 4x-3y-6 = 0;

we get -3y = 6; y = -2;

So coordinate is (0,-2)

Now putting x = 0 in x+3y-9 = 0

y = 3;

coordinates is (0,3)

We can also solve this by drawing the line according to the given equation. and find the vertex of triangle;

please find the attached graph
