Explanation: Psychophysiological disorders are physical symptoms or in balance caused by psychological disorder such as cardiovascular and coronary heart diseases which are aggravated by various psychological problems such as anxiety, depression and stress.
However, Hypertension which is also a Psychophysiological disorder which results when blood pressure increases to unhealthy levels usually 140/90 or higher depending on the severity. It could result from high salt, fat or cholesterol intake, family history or heredity and could also result from chronic diseases such as kidney problem, diabetes. Hypertension is aggravated by stress, anxiety.
However, there is no defined symptom for Hypertension. Hypertension has no physical symptom in other to diagnose it's presence unless the individual's blood pressure is tested.
