Explanation:


= > (2)/(3) x + (1)/(3) = 4


= > (2)/(3) x = 4 - (1)/(3)

→Take the LCM


= > (2)/(3) x = (12 - 1)/(3)


= > (2)/(3) x = (11)/(3)


= > x = (11 * 3)/(3 * 2)


= > x = (11)/(2)
