1. Knowing I could do a lot of things is exciting.
2. Improving myself more I can set goals, eat and drink more healthy, and have compassion for myself and others.
3. Everyone has plans they cannot. They just accept that fact but it's okay we're all human. It helps us push ourselves harder.
4. Yes I do wish I could be a better person. The more self-kindness and self-compassion I can foster, the more equipped I'll be to treat those around me the same way.
