Answers respectively:

D: northern is not large agricultural and they also had a major shipbuilding economy (bonus points for that it was jump started by the navigation acts)

My best guess is E: lumber is usually associated with the north so that eliminates C, rice and indigo is associated with the south. The Chesapeake colonies are majorly associated with tobacco and one commodity in the other options don’t make sense

A: rice and indigo along with tobacco are staple cash crops of the south.
