Reasons why parents should become their children's best friends?​

Well honestly I don't think parents should become their kid's best friends and the kids shouldn't become their parents' best friends because the kids are not gonna take their parents seriously and they are gonna treat their parents as a friend and not as parents. Also, they are not going to talk like they usually do there going to think it's fine and maybe start cussing, and know kids they are going to say '' hey well we are best friends so it's fine'' and ofc it's not so I don't think it's okay for the children/kids to see there parents as a friend because that's when they loose respect.
