Answer:

y= -x+2

Explanation:

1. plug numbers into slope formula

m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

m=(3-2)/(1-2)

m=1/-1

m= -1

2. put slope into slope intercept formula

y=mx+b

y=-1x+b

3. pick either point and plug it in for x and y to find b

3= -1(1)+b

3= -1+b

b= 2

(b is the y intercept)

4. plug m and b into equation

y= -1x+2 OR y= -x+2

(you don't need to write -1 before the x, you can just write -x. its always implied there is a one before an empty variable.)
