Option C:

y+6=(3)/(5) (x-4)

Solution:

Given point (4, –6) and slope,
m=(3)/(5)

Formula for equation of a straight line when passing through the point
(x_1, y_1) and slope m is
y-y_1=m(x-x_1)

Here,
x_1=4, y_1=-6, m=(3)/(5)

Substitute these in the above formula, we get

y-(-6)=(3)/(5) (x-4)

y+6=(3)/(5) (x-4)

Hence,
y+6=(3)/(5) (x-4) is the equation in point-slope form.
