Quantity of paint left =
(389)/(480) gallons

Solution:

Quantity of yellow paint =
1(1)/(5)=(6)/(5) gallons

Quantity of green paint =
1(1)/(6)=(7)/(6) gallons

Quantity of blue paint =
(7)/(8) gallons

Quantity of paint used =
(3)/(4) gallons of each paint

Quantity of paint left =
1-(3)/(4)=(1)/(4) gallons of each paint

Quantity of paint left =
((6)/(5)+(7)/(6)+(7)/(8))*(1)/(4)

Taking LCM for 5, 6, 8, we get LCM = 120

((6)/(5)+(7)/(6)+(7)/(8))*(1)/(4)=((144)/(120)+(140)/(120)+(105)/(120))*(1)/(4)

=((389)/(120))*(1)/(4)

=(389)/(480)

Hence, Mark will have
(389)/(480) gallons of paint left after painting the mural.
