Answer:

If they aren't seriously injured, I would help them up and if they want to on the bicycle again I would help them get on it again or take the bicycle with me and walk with them to their house to store it and if they have any wounds help them clean them up and treat them. If they became seriously injured I would instantly call for medical attention.
