Explanation:

Plot the coordinates and draw a line to connect them.

Then draw a horizontal line from (-4, 1) and a vertical line from (4, 6) until they intersect. This creates a 90° triangle.

Notice the length of the horizontal and vertical lines.

Use trigonometry to calculate the angle. Note that tan = opposite/adjacent
