x + y = 180

x = 3y + 4

now we sub

3y + 4 + y = 180

4y + 4 = 180

4y = 180 - 4

4y = 176

y = 176/4

y = 44 <==== angle 4 = 44 degrees

x + y = 180

x + 44 = 180

x = 180 - 44

x = 136 <=== angle 3 = 136 degrees
