Therefore, P and P' will be similar to each other.

So, the corresponding sides of parallelogram P and parallelogram P' will be in the same ratio.

Then,
(20)/(10) = (8)/(x + 3)

⇒ 2(x + 3) = 8

⇒ 2x + 6 = 8

⇒ 2x = 2
