Please explain how you would graph the inequality y<23x+1 on a coordinate plane. Be very specific and describe all your steps.

Answer:

Y<2/3x+1

Explanation:

1) Plot a point at (0,1)

2) go up 2 and right three from point (0,1)

3) the line will be dashed because it is less than 2/3x+1 and the bottom half will be shaded.
