Answer:

A. 1 to 3

Because if the librarian has 30 books and 10 of them are non-fiction, she puts away 1 non-fiction book for every 3 fiction books.

Hope this helps, have great day/night!

Answer:

1 to 3

Explanation:

Out of 30 books, 10 were non fiction. So the ratio of non fiction books to total number of books is 10 to 30

10 to 30 can be simplified to 1 to 3.
