How does the ir+a infinitive verb work in Spanish? And how do you use and when?

you use the “ir + a + infinitive” formula when you are trying to say what you are GOING to the do. you only use this in the future tense. for instance “yo voy a viajar Spain” means “I am traveling to Spain”. use this formula when you are referring to compound future. you never conjugate this verb, KEEP IT IN THE INFINITIVE FORM! ALWAYS!

you use ir+a when you’re going somewhere. Example; Voy ir a = I’m going to
