Bonjour !!

Vous allez bien ? ► "Are you doing well ?" plural you OR formal you

this is a question using the intonation...

same as "Est-ce que vous allez bien ?"

OR

"Allez-vous bien ?"

You can translate with the plural "you" (you all) 2nd person plural or with the formal you for persons you don't know well....(only one person)

-

Ça va ? ► "You're OK? "

this means the same as the 1st one, and you'll use it to someone you know well...informal

-

Tu vas bien ? ► "Are you doing well ?" informal

question with the informal you....2nd person singular. For a friend, someone close you know well...

Est-ce que tu vas bien ?

-

Je vais bien ? ► I'm doing well. ...

it can't be a question but an affirmation.

-

Hope this helps ☺☺☺

“Are you well?” (Formal)

Ça va does not have a direct translation but depending on context can be either “are you doing well?” “Ok?” “Are you well?” Things like that.

“Are you doing well?” (Casual)

I am doing well
