He may not seem like much, but Dr. D is probably the best Disney villain and dad there is. He cares greatly about his daughter and would do anything for her. A moment that stood out the most is when he gave her a doll that he's been looking for for years, not giving up, despite her being a teenager. He was always there for her games and entertainment, just trying to be a good dad. He didn't have a good childhood himself, and the fact that he didn't allow that to affect how he treats his daughter is something admirable.
