Explanation:

$3(4 {x}^(2) + 9) - 1$

$12 {x}^(2) + 27 - 1$

$12 {x}^(2) + 26$

$f(x) = 3x-1\\\\g(x) = 4x^2 +9 \\\\g(3) = 4\cdot 3^2 +9 = 36+9 =45\\\\(f\circ g)(3)\\\\=f(g(3))\\\\=f(45)\\\\=3(45)-1\\\\=134$
