Shukra Raj Shastri (Nepali: ) (born Shukra Raj Joshi) was a Nepalese academic and democratic activist who was assassinated by the despotic Rana dynasty. He is one of the four martyrs of Nepal's Rana regime-overthrow revolution. Dashrath Chand, Dharma Bhakta Mathema, and Ganga Lal Shrestha are the other three.
Shastri was also a social reformer and author, having published several works in Nepali and Nepal Bhasa.
