3 (x + 2) + 4x - 5 = 7x + 1 - 6

3x+6+4x-5=7x+1-6 <-- multiply the 3

7x+1=7x-5 <-- like terms

Right away I see that if I would to subtract 7x to one side, they would cancel out, making this equation N/A or no solution
