Hello there! :)

Parallel lines have identical slopes.

So if one line has a slope of 2, then the line parallel o it would have the same slope.

Now, use the Point-Slope form:

y-y1=m(x-x1)

y-3=2(x-(-2)

y-3=2x+4

y=2x+4+3

y=2x+7

Therefore, the equation of the line is: y=2x+7
