An absolute value function has a shape called V- shape.

Domain: All real numbers x ∈ { -∞, +∞)

Range: All numbers greater than the y- coordinate of the vertex

y ≥ 0 or y ∈ [0, +∞)

Locator point is the vertex which is at (0, 0)
