If I understand this correctly, the points are: (2, 8.50),(5, 15.25), (8, 22), (12, 31)

To find this you first find the slope, which was 2.25.

Then you use a point and do the following, I used (12,31)

1. 31= 2.25(12) + b

2. 31= 27 + b

3. 31 - 27 = 27 - 27 +b

4. 4= b
