2y-2x= -14

y = x-7

Explanation:

Slope intercept form is

y = mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y intercept

2y -2x = -14

Add 2x to each side

2y-2x+2x= 2x-14

2y = 2x-14

Divide by 2

2y/2 = 2x/2 -14/2

y = x-7
