Answer: Anansi the Spider raises philosophical questions about the nature of reciprocity and its relationship to fairness: he wants to reward one of his sons with a globe of light for saving his life, but has trouble deciding which son is most deserving.

Firefly-Upon the realization that his fireflies will not survive in his glass jar, he is challenged with the decision to let them live and release them or enjoy them for the little time they will live. The central theme of the text is compassion.

Tiger-is that actions have consequences. After all, it is the action of the princess to decide if her love is killed before her eyes or if he spends the rest of his life married to another woman.

Answer: Anansi's greediness left him with nothing.

Explanation: In the story, Anansi tricks the firefly into hunting with him, getting a lot of eggs, and then he tries to trick the tiger, but the tiger tricks Anansi, and Anansi leaves and never comes back. After that, whenever Anansi went to Firefly's house to go egg hunting (even though he's really tricking him), the Firefly's wife would say that he's not there, come back next month.
