How to find the width of a rectangle given length?
No links, i am not able to view them!

Answer:

Before one can solve for the width of a rectangle(the value of the area or perimeter must be given and the length)

Using the area

Length = l

Width =w

Area = a

a = l × w ; a = lw

w = a/l

using perimeter(p)

p = 2(l+w)

p/2 = l+w

p/2 - l = w

w = p/2 -l
