Answer: 4

Explanation:

First you do the exponent because of "order of operation", which in this case is 2 to the 2nd power or 2 squared. Then you substract the answer you got by doing 2 squared, which is supposed to give you an answer of 4 which then gets substracted by 2, which leads to the answer being 2 and then you add 2 + 2 and the final answer is 4
