28 Electrons and Protons since 28 is the atomic number
30 Neutrons since 58 is the mass number, and the mass in the nucleus consists of protons and neutrons each with a relative atomic mass of 1. Therefore, if there are 28 protons, then number of the neutrons is 58-28 = 30
