Explanation:

Now obviously we see there is 10 in, 5 in, and 6 in. The 6 inches is not really important so we dont use it. Since 10 in is the measurement of the base, you can see these dotted lines in a straight line which is 5 inches that's the height. Multiply b x h or 10 x 5 and you're done.
