There's not much to work with here, but I think the answer should be h^2+4h/8

Explanation:

First you wanna cancel your terms that are in the numerator + denominator, then find the common denominator, which is 8 since the two denominators given are 4 and 8

then really all you gotta do is combine everything with the common denominator, then put your terms in the right order. giving you h^2 + 4/8
