Width = 11 yards

Length: 19 yards

Explanation:

Width: x

Length: x+8

P = 2x + 2(x+8) = 60

P = 2x + 2x + 16 = 60

4x + 16 = 60

4x = 60 - 16

x = 44/4

x = 11
