Answer: 5x + 12

Explanation:

Given information

Side 1 = (x + 5y)

Side 2 = (6x - 4)

Side 3 = (3y - 2x)

Side 4 = (8 - 4y)

Side 5 = (8 - 4y)

Given expression deducted from the question

Perimeter = Side 1 + Side 2 + Side 3 + Side 4 + Side 5

Substitute values into the expression

Perimeter = (x + 5y) + (6x - 4) + (3y - 2x) + (8 - 4y) + (8 - 4y)

Expand parentheses

Perimeter = x + 5y + 6x - 4 + 3y - 2x + 8 - 4y + 8 - 4y

Combine like terms

Perimeter = (x + 6x - 2x) + (5y + 3y - 4y - 4y) + (8 + 8 - 4)

Perimeter = 5x + 0 + 12

Perimeter =
\boxed{5x+12}

Hope this helps!! :)
